Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, reserving, or participating in any service, excursion, or activity with Blues City Party Wagon, each passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver.
Each passenger aged 18 years or older must sign this agreement. A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any minor passenger.
Booking and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Blues City Party Wagon.

The person making the reservation ("Booking Party") must be at least 21 years of age and is responsible for all guests attending the event.

A non-refundable deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total booking fee, as specified by Blues City Party Wagon, is required to secure and confirm a reservation. No booking shall be considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received and accepted by Blues City Party Wagon.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Prices, fees, and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion.

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply for extended service time, excessive cleaning, property damage, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a refund of payments made.

Cancellations made within 1–15 days of the event may receive a partial refund at Blues City Party Wagon's discretion.

If Blues City Party Wagon must cancel due to vehicle issues, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, customers Will receive a Full refund or be offered an alternative date.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Safety and Conduct Guidelines

All passengers must follow instructions provided by the driver, operator, or Blues City Party Wagon representative.

Passengers must remain seated when instructed and use provided safety equipment provided when required.

Dangerous, reckless, disruptive, violent, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited.

Blues City Party Wagon reserves the right to remove any passenger whose behavior poses a safety risk without refund.

Passengers may not bring weapons, illegal drugs, explosives, or hazardous materials onto the wagon.

Excessive intoxication that creates a safety concern may result in removal from the event without refund.

If alcohol is permitted by applicable law, all guests consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age.

Guests are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol consumption.

Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.

Blues City Party Wagon reserves the right to terminate service without refund if illegal activity occurs.
Legal Protection and Privacy
Waiver Requirement
As a condition of participation, transportation, boarding, or use of any services provided by Blues City Party Wagon, every passenger must review, complete, and sign the Company's Liability Waiver and Release Agreement prior to boarding. Passengers who fail or refuse to sign the required waiver before boarding will not be permitted to participate or board the Wagon. Failure to sign the required waiver may result in the forfeiture of any payments made, subject to applicable law.
For passengers under eighteen (18) years of age, the waiver must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to boarding. Minors without a properly executed waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to board or participate.
By completing a reservation, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise booking services with the Company, passengers acknowledge and agree that execution of the Company's Liability Waiver and Release Agreement is a mandatory condition of service and a requirement for boarding.
We do not sell customer personal information to third parties.
